The Eco Fishing Shop is offering FREE SHIPPING for a limited time on all orders over $49 delivered within the contiguous United States
On all product pages, we will state the date we project your order will go out of our network of warehouses. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email you provide in your order. For more accurate information, or to request expedited shipping, feel free to reach out and we can help you out.
If for some reason we determine the product you ordered is out of stock, or we foresee potential delays on your order, we will reach out to you directly to inform you. If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe or have not heard from us, feel free to reach out at happy2help@ecofishingshop.com.
If you require shipping to an international location or if your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii, please reach out so we can provide an accurate quote on shipping. These orders will incur additional freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of items as soon as they arrive. If any item in your order arrives damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to happy2help@ecofishingshop.com the day of delivery. The Eco Fishing Shop will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible.
We will not accept returns of damaged product if the above steps were not taken. Potential manufacturer warranties may apply.
Return Policy
We are confident that every customer who orders from our website will be 100% satisfied with their order. But if you decide you would like to return your undamaged order, we will work with you to process the return within 30 days of your order date. Simply reach out to happy2help@ecofishingshop.com and we will provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for coordinating and shipping the items back to the warehouse address we provide. The Eco Fishing Shop will NOT accept returns back to our office location. All return shipping charges and potential restocking fees are at the customer's expense and all shipping charges applied to these orders are non-refundable.
In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to the warehouse in original condition. We recommend shipping your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as the Eco Fishing Shop will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your item(s) arrive back to the warehouse and are processed back into inventory in the warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within five business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account).
Please note, we are dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted on the product page.
The Eco Fishing Shop only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
