In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Great kayak

The Topwater 120 is a great, sturdy and very well balanced for not turning over. The rod rails are sturdy. Just over all very nice kayak . One issue with the Topwater 120 is the rear handle. It only has one rear handle. That would be fine because it’s sturdy enough to handle the weight but it’s not in center so it hard to carry. For me if it only has one handle move it to center or just put two on each side.

Good kayak overall

Havent had the kayak long. Only once on water. Rear handle is off center by design, makes carrying akward. Rear bungees are connected with loops instead of hooks. May replace with hooks for more versatility. Paddle holder bolts on outside of hull on side. I won't use it as it'll get torn off or snag me on something. Needs paddle holder inside edge of hull. Kayak seat very comfy, stable to stand and fish, paddles well for this style of kayak. Good color (first light) for versatility. Will be used for hunting, fishing and bow fishing. Not a perfect kayak, but pretty good for the price point.

I’ve been kayak fishing for about 5 years now. It has become one of my favorite things to do. This year I decided to upgrade my equipment. After doing a lot of research I went with the Old Town Topwater 120.

I knew because of supply and demand it would take a while for it to get to me. Ordered in May with an estimated September delivery. Eco Fishing kept me constantly updated on the progress of my kayak. It was a happy surprise when they told me my Topwater would be coming in July.

My new kayak showed up 2 days before my annual friends fishing trip. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice of boat. Incredibly comfortable smooth ride with all the cargo space and rod holders I needed. Even had enough room for me to put my 8 year in front of me and take her for a ride.

In conclusion my choice to go with Old Town for my kayak was a good one. Even better was going with Eco Fishing as my supplier. Always kept me in formed on progress and I love the Facebook page they’ve created. Such an awesome community of kayak and fishing enthusiasts like me.
