Great Ad for NuCanoe!

Just got my U-Max and this was an outstanding addition to my kayak build. Makes steering so much better! 10/10 would recommend.

Only thing I would ask of Eco Fishing is to add the cable size in the item description that connects the foot steering pedal to motor mount especially for U-Max normal vs tandem setup.
It came with a 9ft cable and is a sweet spot for a solo rider. Ended up ordering a 7ft cable so my son and I have plenty of room on the yak with full gear.
I believe the tandem one comes with a 6ft cable which wouldn’t leave room for a crate in the back. Hope this info helps someone

Was contemplating on getting this on my unlimited for awhile. Can't live without it now. It's easy for me to cast and steer my nk300 hd

Easy to use

I installed the quick disconnect foot control system to a Newport 180 pro on my Nucanoe U10. So far I really like it. Very easy to use. Still trying to find the sweet spot distance from seat to foot control because my knee will start aching a bit after using it for a few hours.

Very pleased

I have only used my U10, NK 180 and Quick Connect System a few times but so far I like it a lot. Connecting and disconnecting are the easiest part of the trip. It takes me forever to launch and trailer my kayak because I am a 74 year old female, not very strong and disabled but the quick connect helps me lighten the load. My 24 pound battery is the hardest thing to handle.
