I was a bit hesitant about an online kayak purchase, however the people at Eco Fishing Shop were great, they took the time to answer all of my questions prior to ordering. Once ordered was updated with my tracking information and the delivery was as good as you could ask for, kayak arrived undamaged! Bonfire did an amazing job with the SS107, which is exactly what I wanted! Great boat!
I am very pleased with my new bonafide ss 107 it paddles great and is very stable. Easy to get in and out of truck with the landing gear.

This is a great purchase. Totally worth the money. I really like all the different ways you can attach different products to this.
The kayak was quickly delivered and came damage-free. Everything looks great and have no regrets whatsoever, hopefully my forever kayak.
So the only problem i had was the kayak I received was not the same color as one advertised. The one i got was all dark green and black nothing like the picture. Other the then that i love it. Awsome badass kayak. Very solid built high quality!
Got the T-Bone to support my kayak out of the back of my truck. The T-bone is light weight and brakes down easily for storage. I have a cover over my truck bed so after I get the kayak out i can take the T-Bone apart and store it in the truck bed locked up under the cover until I return. In just a few minuets it's reinstalled and the kayak is loaded.
Great product, works like it should, and the ability to remove your gear quickly is awesome
This trailer is and does everything that is advertised,and then some! Installation went great. Does awesome on the highway, dirt and water. Very please .
If you “just need a paddle” as a tertiary drive option
(Let’s say you have pedals and a motor?)
This paddle is too good for you.
(Unless you are one of those guys that needs “the best” of everything)
Very rigid, enters the water and moves it with precision- it’s light but not so light you don’t get any feedback form the paddle
This one rewards a paddler that likes to dig a bit and put some power to their stroke. It “ok” on the low angle, but EXCELS on a high angle stroke.
Best damn kayak fishing paddle I’ve ever used. Full stop.
The bad? I think Werner outfits these for cold water - the rubber expander plug was WAY TO TIGHT. To fit the paddle shaft here in hawaii.
It seems to be a common issue with Warner adjustable models. The fix:
Remove the expansion plug take a 1/8”x3” bolt, a few washers and a couple of nuts and fashion a mandrel and put the expansion plug on there and stick it in the chuck of a power drill.
Then lay a piece of sand paper dead nuts flat on your workbench and turn the rubber plug down a bit. (Don’t go hog wild- but you can remove a pretty good bit of material) re assemble and test fit periodically till it’s just right.
Hint: make sure you hold the plug against the sand paper dead nuts flat (you don’t want to taper your plug)
Now, should you need to mechanically turn down parts (very expensive) high end paddle? No…
But if you are a handy fellow and you know what you need to to to make it work… it’ll save you time and annoyance dealing with a warranty issue.
That being said this paddle was worth the effort.

Docked it one star for the PITA assembly sliding the rigid plastic lates in and getting them to line up was kind of a faff.
As a mini crate it does what it’s supposed to, has plenty of places to stow gear.
Pretty cool if you have a FF yak and want to accessorize with color coordination.
I bought this for my “small boat” which is a FF Moken 12.5 v2 in that lime camo color. It will serve nicely here.
I went fishing on it twice so far. Everything is great. Wish it came with scupper like my ascend fishing kayak. Over all. 9 out of 10. I do like that it is easy to maneuver.
The delivery was smooth came right to the door.It was in great shape.The bright orange sticks out for safety purposes.Many comparments to put boxes in.The battery is under your seat so you have more room on deck.Alot of rail room to put anything like a fish finder or live scope attachedment.Much room for phone or wallet.I bit heavy definitely need wheels.Overall very nice kayak.
Great life jacket has many pockets to put pliers ,snips and a small box with lures.Quick access right in front of you.Theres also loops in many different spots to clip anything you want .The colors match with nature.The cut let's to move your arms with out interfering with fishing.
Great quality product giving a Kayaker valued storage space and versatility.
This is my second one, the first I ordered was too long, entirely my bad. Echo was gracious to help me out on the return and get me the right paddle asap . Great little adjustable paddle. Light and strong. I’m sure it will come in handy with the hook and the cleat like teeth for river fishing in the tight deadfall littered , shallow rivers I fish. Good job Yak Gear and Eco Fishing.
This is the little yak that thinks it’s a big yak. I’ve fished it in the skinny river waters nearby as well as the local lake. In the river I went light and was able to do a single point drop where I went down stream first and then paddled back up to load point ( flat , slow moving water) but still it was very easy. The Smallie is at home on these skinny flat rivers with some deadfall to maneuver. Sharp and quick to tuck in behind a tree or some rocks or cutting in on a bank or up on a sandbar.On the lake I fish ,which is a no wake zone with pretty much open water the Smallie was reasonably up to the task. It was somewhat bullied by the wind and not the best tracker I’ve paddled but pretty much what I expected from a short flowing water type kayak. Very usable tho . I feel like in the lake a few extra pounds maybe a black pack with some extra tackle , an extra rod and an anchors or two placed well would help on the lake, with 375lb capacity it moved this 5’8” 200 lb 64 year old very easily , I feel like the Smallie fits me nice , now if I was 6’2” or more it could see it being a little tight. I bought the Smallie as a throw and go and mostly for river applications and it has been solid so far. Thanks Eco Fishing for super fast shipping and packaging and thanks Crescent for building a yak that checks the boxes for what I was looking for. I’ve done 90% of my paddling from the low seat position, I did do a little bit of paddling in the high seat position on the lake. It made the Smallie feel a bit different, not completely squirrelly, but a little wobbly. Part of that is probably my balance , I feel like a younger version of me would have hardly noticed. But I’m still very satisfied and I’m sure as I get the Smallie out more that upper seating position will get used more. I cant stress enough as to how the Smallie fits my criteria of a throw and go for the waters I got it for , little rivers and small lakes. Quick drop ins and fast stop and goes , it just works.
This cart is very sturdy and works flawlessly with the Hobie PA14.
