Transom Motor Plate


Protect your Transom, secure your motor, and plug the Transom hole. Tighten the tri-knob to lock in place. Plates are made of 1/4″ thick Marine Starboard – inside plate has a lip to prevent the motor from slipping off.

This plate is not sturdy at all. Used it once and figured I should've spent the extra and went with the full board metal plate(Which I now have). But I would not use this longterm. It is plastic and just not really giving any stability other than a extra 3/8in plate to clamp on.

Motor plate.

Very cheaply made. Only used it twice because it didn't seem stable for my trolling motor. I Ended up ordering the metal transom motor mount which I’d recommend.
