The PowerHouse Dual Voltage 12V or 16V 15A Selectable AC Waterproof Onboard Charger is a single-bank charger that switches between 12V and 16V operation, both at 15A, rather than running two banks at once. In 12V mode it charges lithium, lead acid, or AGM batteries; switch it to 16V mode and it's lithium only, matched to a PowerHouse Lithium 16V battery bank.

It ships in a full metal, waterproof case at 8" L x 8.6" W x 3.8" H and 10.3 lb, built for permanent mounting on a boat rather than storage below deck. A built-in activation button wakes a lithium battery whose battery management system has shut it down from a deep discharge, and the same button switches between voltage modes.
