Wrapping of kayak

The kayak was packaged extremely well, it had multiple lays of wrap and arrived without a scratch on it. Will be ordering again from them as customer service was also easy to deal with.

Protective Wrapping

I don't think the Protective Wrapping is all that great. It's just plastic wrap. No big woop!

Protective wrap

My kayak came with the protective wrap ripped open in one area on top but there was no damage to kayak. The 2 guys that delivered were very careful with the kayak while unloading.

Some damage due to dragging kayak

The packaging looked ok except for two spots near the stern. Either the carrier or someone previous to the carrier dragged the kayak across the pavement causing abrasions to the hill. The abrasions were cosmetic but the packaging did not protect the kayak when handled in the way it was. Overall not unhappy, just wanted to mention so it could be addressed in the future. Thanks

Seat arrived broken

A month ago I received an Old Town Sportsman 120 PDL Pro from Eco Fishing. It arrived sooner than I expected, however the seat was torn and the seat bracket was broken. I took pictures and contacted Eco Fishing immediately. They were fantastic in responding quickly and kindly. I got the new seat about a week later. Love the kayak! And I think the Protective Wrapping was fine but it did not withstand a probable forklift attack. Who knows. What I do know is Eco Fishing took care of it quickly!
