Mostly fantastic

I love eco fishing shop and the wrap is done super well and super tough. My last kayak came with slight holes in the wrapping near the front and rear bottoms, assuming it was dragged by shipping and put some slight scratches on the kayak. Which is a slight bummer for your shiny new toy, but honestly in a month there will be a few more scratches there from use. I don’t know if a few pieces of cardboard would’ve helped or not near those bottom contact areas, but still happy with the yak. And next one will most likely be thru eco as well

Company is outstanding. I was missing some parts that was the manufactures fault. Eco Fishing had the manufacturer send out the parts to me and Eco Fishing gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Would recommend the company with no hesitation.

The wrap was well done. Received kayak with no damage or scuffs.

Good but could be better

The protective wrapping was good but there needs to be additional padding or something on the bottom because the shipping people drag rather than picking it up or using a fork lift. I did find some minor scaring on the bottom of the hull. I’m sure it was done during the shipping. I wasn’t too worried about it because it will get scared anyway just from normal use but it would be nice to receive it in factory condition. Overall, Eco Fishing Shop did a great job. I wasn’t pleased with the shipping company.
