The Shearwater 125 was engineered from the water up to be the world's most versatile and customizable fishing kayak. It comes fully loaded with built-in fishing features that can be customized into a pro-level angling kayak. At 12.5 ft, it remains unrivaled in speed and stability in a variety of water types and conditions.

We designed the Shearwater 125 to accommodate several optional propulsion systems—paddle, pedal, or power acceleration. It comes standard with a paddle pod. Plus, with the release of our new Impulse Drive, Vibe pedal-driven kayak owners have the option of two different pedal systems. The Impulse Drive is a propeller-driven pedal system that features instant reverse, and our X-Drive is a fin drive that's perfect for fishing in shallow water.

To add Impluse Drive or X-Drive, you must purchase the Kit that includes the additional pod and steering handle.
