Kayak Fishing: 2023 Big Bass 250's Youngest Angler Award

Kayak Fishing: 2023 Big Bass 250's Youngest Angler Award

Bass fishing tournaments are no longer just for boat anglers or adults with unlimited resources. Koda Kaiser took home this year’s Youngest Angler Award at the Big Bass 250, scoring a Garmin Striker and tons of other kayak accessories. The kayak bass fishing tournament scene should take notice of the name. It won’t be long before Koda is on the podium as far more than the youngest kayak angler at tournaments.

Koda shares his experience as a young angler in his first kayak fishing tournament, what it was like fishing from the Hobie Outback, and what first place winner Chris Longshore’s mentorship means to him.
