The Eco Fishing Shop is offering FREE SHIPPING for a limited time on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, our goal is to ship your order out within the timeframe specified on the product page. If we foresee potential delays beyond this shipping window, we will reach out to you directly to inform you. If for some reason you have not received your shipment within a reasonable timeframe or have not heard from us, feel free to reach out at email@example.com.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. Give us a call and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
Please note: A $89 Oversized Handling Fee is applied to NuCanoe Kayaks and $50 Protective Wrapping Fee on Feelfree and 3 Waters. No other hidden fees apply to any of our other products. This fee is backed by a Price Match Guarantee that includes shipping & handling charges.
We are confident that every customer who orders from our website will be 100% satisfied with their order. But if for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, we will work with you to process the return. This does not apply to kayaks as we only accept returns for damaged kayaks.
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org the day of delivery. The Eco Fishing Shop will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible.
If the product is not damaged, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order date but shipping charges and potential restocking fees are at the customer’s expense. In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to the warehouse in original condition. Potential expedited shipping charges applied to these orders are non-refundable.
Please note, we are dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions.
The Eco Fishing Shop only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.

We understand that unexpected things come up, so we always work with people as best we can. Due to COVID-19 our business as well as many others have had to adjust to working in a safe & compliant manner with health regulations. Due to decreased supply and increased shipping costs we have had to adjust to mitigate damages. Beginning March 1st 2020, if you cancel within 48 hours then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 48 hours & we have already processed your payment, you may be liable for the payment processing fee incurred on our end (3.9% of total order amount). In this scenario, you will be refunded for your order, minus the 3.9%. Please understand - we do not keep this to line our pockets; this fee is charged to us by payment processors when we process your payment and it does not get refunded to us by them in the event of a cancelled order/refund.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping costs to you and back to the manufacturer. You will also be liable for the payment processing fees incurred on our end (3.9% of total order amount).
CANCELLATION STORE CREDIT: If you do decide to cancel your order and are charged the 3.9% fee, then you can use this fee as future store credit. For example, you spent $1000 and you decide to cancel your order after the 48 hour period. You will be refunded $961 ($1000- $39). If you decide to buy from us again, then you will have $39 as store credit.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks to return to your account. We typically see refunds be returned in less than 1 week, but this depends on your financial institution and is out of our control.
