2026 Blue Sky Boatworks 360 Pro

Ready to take your Blue Sky Boatworks experience to the next level? Introducing the 2026 Blue Sky 360 Pro! This boat comes rigged and ready to fish with features like a DC battery box, mounting options for either foot-controlled or transom-mounted trolling motors, a wide, open deck layout, and a steering skeg.

Not all traditional fishermen could envision themselves pedaling to their honey hole and opted to stay on their power boats. The 360 Pro blends the functionality and features of a power boat with the sleek performance of the Blue Sky Boatworks line.

360 Pro Specs

  • Length: 13' 4"
  • Width: 48"
  • Height: 20"
  • Weight w/o Seat: 120 lbs
  • Total Weight: 140 lbs
  • Capacity: 500 lbs
  • Construction: Rotomolded Polyethylene & Anodized Marine Grade Aluminium

360 Pro Features

  • A universal foot-controlled motor mounting plate on the bow of the kayak allows easy motor mount base installation. With the addition of a foot-controlled trolling motor, spot lock can be yours!
  • Spacious, open deck with large standing pad for comfort and sound-dampening.
  • A retractable wheel system means less strain getting your kayak onto the water.
  • DC Battery Box included for easy installation of deep cycle battery of choice. The battery box features built-in 12V plug-ins as well as an integrated battery meter.
  • Two sets of rod stagers on both port and starboard hulls. Can be used on water or for transport.
  • The transom motor bracket lets you easily add a trolling motor to the bow or stern of the 360 Pro.
  • Retractable skeg maintains your course while using your motor.
  • Four hatches keep all of your gear organized and protected. Includes two storage bins.

Frequently Asked Questions About the 360 Pro

Who should choose the motor-focused 360 Pro instead of the pedal-driven 360 Angler?

Buyers who already fish from a powerboat, or who want spot-lock and hands-free positioning rather than pedaling. The 360 Pro is built around a motor: a universal foot-controlled motor mounting plate on the bow, a transom bracket for a bow or stern mount, a DC battery box and a retractable skeg to hold your line under power.

The trade-off is that propulsion is not included. The 360 Angler comes with the Flex Drive Mark IV and is ready to fish out of the box; the Pro needs a motor and a battery before it moves under power. Choose the Pro if you have a trolling motor in mind or already own one.

What is included and specifically not included?

Included: the Millennium Seat used across the 2026 lineup, the universal foot-controlled motor mounting plate on the bow, the transom motor bracket, the DC battery box with built-in 12V plug-ins and an integrated battery meter, the retractable skeg, the retractable wheel system, rod stagers on both the port and starboard hulls, four hatches and two storage bins, and the large padded standing pad.

Not included: a trolling motor, a propulsion battery, and the YakPower control system. The battery box is a housing with connections, not a battery. Nothing in the box moves the boat under power until you add a motor and a battery.

What motor-mounting and steering options are built in?

There are two mounting locations. The bow carries a universal foot-controlled motor mounting plate, which is what a foot-controlled trolling motor with spot-lock installs onto, and the transom bracket takes a motor at the stern.

Universal describes the plate, not compatibility with every motor. The mounting pattern, the shaft, the thrust rating, the voltage and the control type all still have to match your specific model, and no current documentation sets those limits for this hull, so we will not put numbers on them. Tell us the exact motor you are considering and we will work through the mount with you before you buy hardware.

What does the DC battery box do, and does it include a propulsion battery?

It is a housing and connection point, not a battery. The box gives a deep cycle battery a protected home on the boat, and it carries built-in 12V plug-ins for electronics along with an integrated battery meter so you can see your state of charge.

No propulsion battery is included. You choose and buy the battery, and it has to suit your motor's voltage and current draw. Its weight also counts against the 500 lb capacity, which is worth doing the arithmetic on before you order. Contact us before ordering and we will go through it with you.

How does the retractable skeg help when operating under motor power?

The retractable skeg helps the 360 Pro maintain its course while operating under motor power. It is a tracking aid rather than a steering system; directional control still comes from the motor.

Raise the skeg for shallow water, launching and landing as directed by the current product instructions, and drop it again once you have depth under the hull.

What are its verified dimensions, weight definitions and capacity?

Both hulls in this line share the same platform: 13 ft 4 in long, 48 in wide, 20 in tall, rated to 500 lb, built from rotomolded polyethylene with an anodized marine-grade aluminum frame.

Two weight figures are published for the 360 Pro: 120 lb without the seat and 140 lb with the seat. For conservative transport planning, use the 140 lb configured figure unless the seat has been removed and the actual lifted configuration is known.

For conservative payload planning, count all occupants and all additional equipment and gear carried aboard — including any added motor, battery, anchor equipment, crate, storage, tackle, cooler and safety gear — and leave a reasonable margin below the published 500 lb capacity. A platform loaded close to its rating sits deeper and handles differently than the same platform loaded lightly.

What should buyers know about standing, loading and water conditions?

Stability here comes from the twin-hull layout and the 48 in beam, which is a wide footprint for a paddlecraft, combined with a flat open deck and a padded standing pad. That is what makes standing and casting practical on this platform.

Keep heavy equipment — battery, crate, cooler — low in the boat and distribute it evenly between the hulls rather than concentrating it at one end.

How stable it actually feels on the day depends on how it is loaded and where that weight sits, your own balance, and the wind, waves, current and boat traffic around you. Try standing in shallow, protected water before you rely on it, and sit down when conditions change.

How should it be transported and stored?

The integrated wheels reduce how much of the hull must be carried over firm, even ground, but they do not make every loading or launch a one-person task. Four grab handles provide lifting points when assistance is needed.

At 48 inches wide and with the published weights above, a truck bed, trailer or van will generally be more practical than rooftop loading. Any transport method must remain within the vehicle and rack ratings and use a loading method the customer can safely manage.

Store it out of direct sun and off rough ground, and rinse the hull, frame, hardware and any drive or motor with fresh water after every trip in salt water.

What warranty, registration, motorization and maintenance requirements apply?

The watercraft warranty runs three years for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable, and it is tiered: year one is repair or replacement at no charge with free shipping, year two a replacement at 70% off retail plus shipping, year three at 50% of MSRP plus shipping. Proof of purchase is required, and on fishing models the seat and drive are excluded.

The 360 Pro has no Flex Drive. Any motor, battery or electronics added to the watercraft carries its own manufacturer's warranty.

Registration, titling, lighting and PFD requirements depend on the state or jurisdiction where you use it, and fitting a motor often changes the answer. Confirm them with the relevant state boating agency before the first launch.

Rinse the hull, frame, hardware, skeg and motor with fresh water after every saltwater trip.
