But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. The Eco Fishing Shop definition of damage is when the kayak is delivered in a condition that compromises the hull and is confirmed with the vendor that would void the warranty.

2026 Crescent Cres-Craft Fishing Kayak/Micro Skiff

The Cres-Craft is Crescent’s high-performance motor kayak, built on a planing hull for speed and efficiency—achieving up to 19 mph with a 6 HP motor on the Micro Skiff Edition and excelling with electric power on the Power Kayak Edition.

Offered as a Micro Skiff or Power Kayak the Cres-Craft blends Crescent’s paddling DNA with modern angling needs—stability at speed, confidence when casting, and precision in skinny water. Whether you’re chasing trophy bass or tailing reds, the Cres-Craft is your venture empowered.

The Cres-Craft is built around power and performance. Its planing hull glides over the water with less drag, giving you speed, control, and motoring capability beyond what any displacement kayak can deliver. The sharp V-shaped bow cuts cleanly through chop, while the spray rail keeps your ride smooth and dry. Trim the engine, and the Cres-Craft transforms into a confident poling platform—its dual molded-in skegs providing balance and stability. And true to Crescent DNA, this small craft still paddles beautifully, ensuring that performance doesn’t stop when the motor does.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Crescent Cres-Craft

What is the difference between the Crescent Cres-Craft Micro Skiff and Power Kayak editions?

The Crescent Cres-Craft uses the same 13 ft 6 in hull for both editions with two different power and seating setups. The Micro Skiff has a teak bench seat and a stainless transom built to take larger gas motors, and the bench doubles as a poling and sight-fishing platform. The Power Kayak has a Millennium seat with a swivel and a stainless power plate for electric, pulley-steered systems. Decide how you intend to drive it before you order.

What equipment is included with each Crescent Cres-Craft configuration?

Both Crescent Cres-Craft editions share the hull outfitting: dual access plates, a fully adjustable cam strap system, a trimmable seat track, stainless tie-down bars, an inset motor location with insert mounts, dual Power-Pole mounting points, a nav light recess, a stainless bow eye, molded rod tip slots and a premium skiff hatch. The cockpit is open and self-bailing and fits a YakAttack BlackPak. The Micro Skiff adds the teak bench and stainless transom; the Power Kayak adds the Millennium swivel seat and the stainless plate that suits electric, pulley-steered power.

Which seat comes with each Crescent Cres-Craft configuration?

The Crescent Cres-Craft Micro Skiff comes with a teak bench, fixed across the cockpit, which also serves as the poling and sight-fishing platform. The Power Kayak comes with a Millennium seat with a swivel feature, so you can turn to face the stern or work a rod around the cockpit without repositioning the seat. Both mount on the trimmable seat track, so fore-and-aft position is adjustable within the configuration you buy.

What stern power arrangement comes with each Crescent Cres-Craft configuration?

The Crescent Cres-Craft Micro Skiff carries a stainless transom built for larger gas outboards, and the Power Kayak carries a stainless power plate tailored for electric, pulley-steered systems. Both carry an inset motor location with insert mounts and dual Power-Pole mounting points, so a shallow-water anchor can be rigged alongside the propulsion setup on either version.

Is a motor included with the Crescent Cres-Craft?

Neither Crescent Cres-Craft configuration ships with a motor. No battery, wiring or mounting hardware beyond the listed equipment is included either. Motor-ready describes the provisions molded or fitted into the hull, not equipment in the box. The propulsion package is a substantial additional cost on this craft, so price it alongside the hull rather than after it.

What motor types work with each Crescent Cres-Craft configuration?

The Crescent Cres-Craft Micro Skiff has a stainless transom built for larger gas outboards, and the Power Kayak has a power plate tailored for electric, pulley-steered systems. Mounting provisions do not establish a motor's safe operating limit. Confirm the exact rating from the capacity plate, current product documentation or written Eco Fishing Shop product information first. The 500 lb capacity is a separate limit and does not stand in for a motor rating: the motor, its battery or fuel and the rigging all count toward it as well, so add them up before you settle on a propulsion package.

What does the 500-pound capacity of the Crescent Cres-Craft include?

The 500 lb capacity of the Crescent Cres-Craft covers everything it carries: your own body weight plus the seat, paddle, PFD and safety gear, tackle, cooler, and any motor, battery and mounting hardware you add. On a powered craft the propulsion package is a large share of it, because the motor, battery or fuel, mounting hardware and steering components all sit inside the same 500 lb. Add up what you actually intend to bring and leave margin under the rating. A hull loaded close to its limit sits deeper and handles differently than the same hull loaded lightly.

How stable is the Crescent Cres-Craft for standing, casting and poling?

The Crescent Cres-Craft has a 39 in beam, wider than the Shoalie, the Smallie or the LiteTackle II, and dual molded-in skegs steady the hull when the engine is trimmed up for poling. The cockpit is open and self-bailing. On the Micro Skiff, the teak bench is designed to double as a poling and sight-fishing platform when the engine is trimmed clear. Standing depends on your own balance, how the kayak is loaded and what the water is doing on the day. Try it in shallow, calm water close to shore first.

What speed should I expect from the Crescent Cres-Craft?

The Crescent Cres-Craft Micro Skiff Edition is quoted at up to 19 mph with a 6 HP motor. No verified speed figure is available for the Power Kayak Edition with a 3 HP motor. Actual speed varies with the motor fitted, the load carried, the propeller or power setup, and the water and weather on the day. The planing hull, sharp V-shaped bow and spray rail support efficient powered performance compared with a displacement kayak. Tell us which configuration and motor you are considering, and we will help you determine what is realistic.

Can a bow motor, Power-Pole, nav light or fish finder be installed on the Crescent Cres-Craft?

The Crescent Cres-Craft provisions bow power with a bow power landing, and carries dual Power-Pole recesses and mounting points plus a Power-Pole stern landing. A recessed nav light footprint is molded in, along with a stainless bow eye and storage sized for batteries or overnight gear. A dedicated fish-finder or transducer provision has not been verified for this craft, though it does provide accessory rails and a cam strap system on deck. Confirm any specific electronics installation with us before you buy hardware for it, and we will check the current build.

Does a motorized Crescent Cres-Craft require registration?

The Crescent Cres-Craft is built to be powered in both configurations, so settle registration before the first launch rather than at the ramp. Registration, titling and safety-equipment requirements depend on the state where a motorized kayak is used, so confirm them with the relevant state boating agency before the first launch. Crescent's separate owner registration at Crescent's owner registration page records the purchase and is not a substitute.

What warranty applies to the Crescent Cres-Craft hull, components and separately purchased propulsion?

The Crescent Cres-Craft carries split coverage under Crescent's published warranty terms. The hull carries a limited lifetime warranty and every other component is covered for one year from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only, is not transferable, and a claim requires proof of purchase. Propulsion equipment bought separately, including a motor, battery, steering system or Power-Pole, is covered by its own manufacturer's warranty rather than the kayak warranty. Contact Eco Fishing Shop if you need help confirming coverage or assembling the purchase information a claim requires.
