Dakota Lithium 12 Volt 23 packs a big punch in a small package. With both USB 3.0 waterproof plugs, standard F2 Terminals, and a built in volt meter, this LiFePO4 battery gives you the freedom, power, and reliability to #GoFurther and #PlayHarder in the most extreme of conditions. Built from Dakota Lithium’s legendary LiFePO4 cells, this battery has 2X the power, 1/3 the weight and 5X the lifespan of traditional batteries — providing exceptional lifetime value, all backed up by Dakota Lithium’s best in class 11 year warranty.

Dakota Lithium Iron Phosphate technology provides optimal performance down to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit (for winter warriors) and the 23 Amp hours of capacity provides a full day of power for high amp draw electronics like Garmin fish finders, graphs, or anything where you need a longer run time. Voltmeter allows you to monitor the battery capacity and the USB ports allow easy charging of cell phones, GoPro, and personal electronics. Same performance as our legendary 10 Ah battery, but with 130% more capacity. LiFePO4 charger recommended.

Capacity: 23 ampere hours. Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 23 amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries, especially in cold temperatures. You get all the juice down to the last drop.
Voltmeter: Voltmeter is built into the battery, allowing for easy real time state of charge readings
Dual USB Ports: Two USB 3.0 charging ports are built into the battery, allowing for easy charging of phones & personal electronics
Terminals: F2 Terminals (spade socket). When used in salt water, or corrosive, environments we recommend applying a small amount of dielectric grease on the blades of each terminal. It helps extend the lifespan.
Size: 5.94"x 5.11"x 3.8" (152x130x99mm). Same length and height as a 12Ah 12v SLA Batteries, wider by 1.5 inches.
Weight: 6 lbs (2.7Kg). That's 70% lighter than a SLA battery.
Lifecycles: Up to 80% capacity for 3,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 500 cycles. Dakota Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.
Operating Temperature: Ideal for rugged & harsh environments. Much better than SLA or other lithium’s. -20'F min, +120'F max optimal operating temps (battery performs well down to -20'F). Avoid charging below 32'F.
Discharge: 12 A max continuous, 20 A max pulse. The flat discharge voltage curve provides a 75% bigger capacity than a SLA 23Ah battery.
Charge: 5 A max, 14.6 V max recommended, 15 V max. Please note: this battery should be charged using a LiFePO4 compatible charger. A SLA charger may work, but will reduce performance and lifespan of the battery.
Certifications: All batteries are UN 38 certified. Dakota Lithium's cells are UL1642 certified and have been tested per IEC62133 standards. Meets all US & International regulations for air, ground, and train transport.
Protection: Contains a circuit that handles cell balancing, low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection and high temperature protection for increased performance and longer life.
Charger Sold Separately: This battery should be charged using a LiFePO4 compatible charger. A SLA charger may work, but will reduce performance and lifespan of the battery.
