But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  

The Eco Fishing Shop definition of damage is when the kayak is delivered in a condition that compromises the hull and is confirmed with the vendor that would void the warranty.

Jackson Kayak deepens its roots in river fishing with this updated take on the Coosa line. We’ve taken our extensive knowledge of hull design for moving water and combined it with input from our fishing team to create a true JK Team Signature Watercraft, the Coosa X. The Coosa X is stable, maneuverable, easily rigged, and comes with tons of new and innovative features.

This is the ideal kayak for adventure river trips, kayak camping, river fishing, small lake and pond hopping, or exploring small creeks and tributaries. With added volume in the bow for river running and moving water, and a deck laid out to meet a variety of rigging needs, the Coosa X is designed to be the best river and small water fishing kayak we have ever made.

    How should I clean and store the Jackson Coosa X?

    Rinse the Jackson Coosa X with fresh water after saltwater use and after gritty river days, flushing the oversized transducer scupper, the bow hatch seal and the gear tracks, then dry it. Store it out of prolonged direct sunlight and support the hull evenly rather than on one bar. River silt is abrasive, so the rinse earns its keep on this hull more than on a lake boat.

    What does the Jackson Coosa X warranty cover?

    The Jackson Coosa X has a three year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser of a new kayak from an authorized dealer. It is nontransferable and proof of purchase is required. Year one is repair or replacement at no charge with free shipping, year two a replacement build at 70% off retail plus shipping, year three 50% of MSRP plus shipping. Fishing and exploration replacement builds exclude seats and drives in all three years.
