The XI3 Freshwater Trolling Motor features Wireless Control. With intuitive remote-control steering, it is ready for use right out of the box. Also compatible with an optional wireless foot pedal. Additionally, you can expect easy Stow and Deploying, The large SecureStep lever allows fishermen to quickly and easily stow and deploy, saving you time and energy as you bounce from spot to spot. Pinpoint GPS allows you to focus on fishing while Pinpoint® GPS technology wirelessly Jogs, Anchors, Replays Routes, and more.



Lastly, the LED Dashboard easily monitors functions – even in bright conditions – with four LED notifications showing Power, Propeller Activity, Pinpoint® GPS status, and Battery Life.

Game Changer

This thing is a beast! I’m amazed at how much it can do with how light it is. I’ve only had it on the water once, but I will say that it’s critical to calibrate the GPS on a new body of water. I ran it without calibration just to see how it would do and it was a bit erratic. Once calibration was completed, it was smooth as butter. I bought a katana prop and will run it as primary, while the stock machete will reside in the hull as a spare.

Great investment

This motor is a great investment. It has changed the way I fish from my kayak. Now I can make those longer runs that I would not do before and has expanded my daily fishing area tremendously. The spot lock is a great feature. I didn’t know what I was missing before. It is an expensive purchase without a doubt but if you fish a lot and want to expand your range and be able to sit on a spot without having to drop an anchor, this is the motor to have.
