The Native Watercraft Sidekick comes ready to mount to make your kayak easy to transport to and from the water.

PLEASE NOTE: Maximum added weight to the boat is 50lbs. So 50lbs in additional gear is the most we recommend you carry inside the kayak while using the Sidekick. We also don't recommend adding weight when going over rough terrain, curbs, or dropping out of the back of a pick up truck.

Great wheels

The wheels work great and are needed for heavier kayaks. Easy to launch and pickup.

Need Wheels!!!!

Of all the transportation options available for this boat the side kick style is best suited for the hull shape. Getting in and out of a PU Truck is fairly easy as it relates to protecting the rudder of the Native Slayer Max. You can take the wheels with you in the locked up position or leave them in the truck. I have yet to test the system on rough terrain, but I suspect they will perform well.
