Kayak came in a timely manner it did have a couple scratches from shipping which wasn’t from eco fishing but I called them up and within a few days they sent me a keel guard and stuff to fill in the area they are very helpful and nice and I wouldn’t recommend any one else for my kayaking needs haven’t gotten the chance to take my yak out but I am tomorrow but I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase and I’m sure if I have any problems it will be handled right if I ever buy another kayak I won’t go nowhere else

I have taken out my U10 3 times now since receiving it just before Memorial Day and all I can say is wow!!! I have been inshore kayak fishing for about 8 years now and after having the wrong kayak for those 8 years, it was finally time to upgrade. I did extensive research before deciding on the U10. As a matter of fact, I even called NuCanoe and got reassurance from them that I would be very happy with the U10 for my needs. My access to the bay that I fish in involves navigating up and down a path through a dune so I cannot trailer it. The U10 allows me to easily load it into my truck and use a kayak cart to transport it to the water. The stability is amazing!! I am a guy in my early 50s that has suffered from some balance issues due to inner ear problems that have come up over the last few years and I am able to stand up with ease in this kayak and cast. On July 4th, I was able to easily handle catching a 6-8ft Black Tip shark and never once felt unstable while turning my seat side to side and spinning the kayak in circles while landing the fish. Paddling through inshore waters is no problem and any water that may get in the kayak, is quickly handled by the fantastically designed drainage system. Some people look at the design of the U10 and do not like it because it lacks built in storage. I happen to like having an open design so I can customize the kayak any way I want. Buy this kayak and you will NOT regret it.
Now getting to my experience with Eco Fishing Shop. They were very easy to deal with and immediately responsive when I had a slight issue with not receiving part of my order. Shipping was fast and care was taken with my kayak, so it was not damaged getting to me. Eco Fishing Shop is now my go to website for anything I need. I look forward to a long relationship with them! Overall, an outstanding product and an outstanding company/website to deal with!!!

Shipping took longer than expected and I missed a window of opportunity to take my U10 out. Hopefully I can get it out in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, my NK 180 Pro sits in the box also. I emailed customer service asking how do I use the points that I have earned towards the purchase of the Quick Connect kit that sits in my shopping cart. Maybe some day I’ll all come together before my retirement disappears completely.

I went into to Eco wanting anything but a NuCanoe. I had an F10 and it was so unstable, but Travis and Jonathan told me about the redesigned hull on the U10 and they thought it would be right up my alley. I was hesitant, but they took me down to the water for a “rest drive” and they were so right. I’ve been out four times since buying and couldn’t be happier. The seat height is great for my arthritic knee and I have no problems getting in and out of the kayak. They also helped me out with a kayak for my daughter. And Jonathan is a real gem! One of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Great buying experience and fair prices.

I bought the U10 mainly as a stable fly fishing platform and NuCanoe delivered. Super stable. Paddles better than expected for how wide it is. Standing up and down is a breeze. 360 is very comfortable. I can car top the U10 on my Subaru Forester with not too much issue either.

The u-10 is a versatile kayak can be used motor or no motor for the price point of what you can get with other kayaks I believe that this is the best option. Sit on top with the 360 swivel seat is very nice for fishing very stable kayak. Great for kayakers looking to grow into their kayak.

Awesome first kayak . Bought a Minn kota terrova to go with it and everything got here in one piece 👍. Took a couple weeks but I can’t complain .

If you’re in the fence about this kayak do yourself a favor and buy it now! I’m 6’6” and 290lbs. I bought this because of its stability and high weight capacity and I am more than comfortable in it. This kayak is well built and is going to last a long time even with the abuse I plan to put it through. The icing on the cake was the shipping, it was fast and whoever packaged it I want to shake their hand. I would have never thought a place would protect a product they are shipping so well. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this kayak

I don't like how high it sits. The rod storage is disappearing. I don't feel like I have enough room. I don't like how my rod tops stick out the front of the kayak. I'm sure s tip will get broken off when I hit a rock or tree. I'm hoping I get used to the U10 and come to enjoy it. But right now I miss my old kayak

Eco has been champ working me though this purchases I have made through them . The Nucanoe U10 leaves up to everything I have heard about it and more it's like have my own bass boat . I have it all rigged out its awsome to beable to go fishing when I want to and talk about the stability cant beat it and it's made in the U.S.A. you cant go wrong with this kayak .....

Fun to use and very good service and product

First off this is my first kayak I’ve ever owned and purchased. I was in the market for a kayak can hold my body build and able to handle the bodies of water I would fish. I stumbled upon this kayak while doing extensive research and let me tell you it was the right choice for me. Crazy stable and a lot of gear tracks for you to customize the kayak to your liking. Another plus is the shipping and handling from Eco Fishing Shop was stellar.

I have taken this kayak out about 20 times on lakes and swift rivers. Stability is unreal never once have I ever felt wobbly or like I could tip. The width and hull design makes a world of difference. Highly recommend the nucanoe foot steering and gearpod. These make the u10 stand out bigtime. I can easily store all my accessories in the gearpod then reinstall them after traveling. Foot steering is super simple and comfortable to use. Only con is the material this kayak is made of is tad softer than some other kayaks. I formed/applied kydex plates for keel protector and other drag spots on stern. The material this kayak is made from tends to scrape fairly easily if dragged on surfaces like concrete.

I actually ordered an Unlimited but when I picked it up, my wife came with me. Long story short, we left with my unlimited and her with a U10! We love them both. Thank you to Travis and Jonathan. They took the time and answered any question I had. Jonathon did a great job rigging out my unlimited. Most importantly, they are good people! Thanks again!

Where to start on such an amazing kayak?!? The stability is wild on this thing! I can stand up and cast, stand up and shoot carp with my bow, take on big waves in high wind all while feeling stable and safe! The seat is nice and high and the 360 swivel is handy. The gear pod is a must otherwise there's nowhere to store your stuff. Add a newport motor and the foot steering and this is the ultimate setup for fishing! Explore new waters safely in the U10. Highly recommend this kayak for fishermen and pleasure kayakers alike!

You need to improve your shipping method.

I knew it wasn’t going to be the quickest kayak I’ve owned but it moves and tracks better than I thought it would. The stability is why I chose it and I’ve been blown away by it…literally. The stability while standing up is amazing even on an all sports lake with all the boats and jet skis. Delivery was great no problems at all as I’ve grown to expect from eco fishing shop.

Great experience getting this kayak ordered and delivered. Love the kayak. Plenty big enough for tandem use comfortably.

i have had several kayaks over my years and i can honestly say the u10 is by far the best and most comfortable kayak i have ever been on.extremly stable and easy to paddle.for me i will never have another except nucanoe kayaks.fish all day,never get tierd
