Battery requirements depend on the selected motor. The Newport NK180Pro requires 24V power, while the Newport NK300 requires 36V power. Battery and charger are sold separately.

What does the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS include, and is a motor part of it?
The NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS pairs the Unlimited hull with the EPS QuickConnect mounting, steering, throttle and motor-retraction system, which installs or removes in minutes with no drilling or screwing into the kayak.
EPS is configurable rather than one fixed motor package: the motor is chosen from the compatible options, and QuickConnect is ordered in either a foot-steer or a hand-steer configuration. Contact Eco Fishing Shop to confirm the exact components supplied with your selection.
Does the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS come with a battery?
No battery or charger is included with the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS. Required voltage depends on the motor selected: Newport NK180Pro configurations run on 24 volts and NK300 configurations on 36 volts, and other compatible motors use their own matched battery systems.
Do not buy a battery until the motor and voltage for your configuration are confirmed. Call or email us and we will verify the voltage, battery and charger before you order.
How does the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS compare with a bow-mount trolling motor?
The NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS is a transom-mounted system available with foot or hand steering, depending on the QuickConnect configuration selected. A GPS bow-mount motor pulls from the bow and may provide electronic-positioning features such as Spot-Lock.
EPS itself is the mounting and control system and does not add those features. Compare the selected motor, steering method, battery voltage, mounting location and GPS functions before deciding.
Should I buy the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS or the kayak on its own?
Choose the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS if you want the Unlimited hull packaged with a removable electric-propulsion system and have confirmed the motor, steering configuration and battery requirements. Choose the NuCanoe Unlimited alone if you plan to paddle first or select another propulsion system later.
The hull, the 650-pound capacity and the 360 Fusion Seat remain the same; the difference is the propulsion package and its required components.
What warranty covers the NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS?
The NuCanoe Unlimited + EPS carries separate warranty terms for the hull, the EPS components and the selected motor. The Unlimited hull has three-year personal-use coverage and one-year commercial-use coverage, with registration within 30 days of purchase mandatory.
The EPS components and the motor are covered under their own manufacturers' terms, which vary with the configuration ordered. Full hull terms appear in the NuCanoe Limited Warranty. Contact us to confirm which warranty applies.
