We have secured a new partnership with a white glove delivery service that will ensure ZERO Damaged Kayaks. You will no longer be required to sign and inspect your kayak. But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

The item it’s self is a 5 star 100%
Took it out the day I got it. Very comfortable and stable. Sadly didn’t catch a fish.

Not sure if this is the right place to complain about the shipper. But here goes. (I will edit it if there is another place to talk about that)
Got a notification on what day it would be delivered and a time frame. 8am to 12 noon. I was told I would get a call when they were 30 ish minutes away. They never called. Got a frantic call from my land lord saying they delivered it and it was blocking his path to his door. So I rush home and low and behold. There is the kayak sitting in front of his door in full sunlight just cooking. In the all black wrap. Luckily whe I took it out of the wrap and put it together all looked well. Just a wtf type moment like
1. Who puts a massive package like that in front of someone’s path to the door.
2. Who delivers a $2400 item and doesn't tell the person it was delivered.
3. They didn’t even deliver it to my house but the land lords house.
