Shipping & Delivery Information

This specific kayak model will ship directly from the vendor within 24-48 hours (NuCanoe may take 3-5 days). While we cannot guarantee this option to be damage-free, you will receive your kayak in 2-5 days. We will wrap your kayak in extra cardboard, put extra "fragile" and "no forklift" stickers on it, and do everything in our power to make sure it arrives safely.

You will be required to fully inspect your kayak PRIOR to signing the delivery report. Major damage to the hull, such as a structural crack or hole, will qualify for a replacement as long as the kayak is REFUSED by the consignee. In this case, reach out to sales@ecofishingshop.com and we will begin the claim process. You will be shipped a new kayak as soon as possible, depending on availability.

Featuring worry-free stability, super comfortable seating, quick and easy-access storage, a convenient dashboard with Solo Mount accessory compatibility and the patent-pending Selfie Slot™ – a totally unique way to stage your smart phone and capture and share your best on-water moments.

The JoyRide includes two mounting points in the entertainment dashboard that utilize our Solo Mount accessory system. Screw the Perception Solo Mount Base (sold separately) into the molded recess – no drilling or tools are required. Then, pair with a wide variety of RAM® accessories and mounts designed to hold phones, tablets, cameras, fishing rods, fishfinders, cup holders and much more.

The JoyRide also has adjustable footrests to accommodate paddlers of multiple sizes.
