Protective wrapping?

This has to be a joke? As I stated in my review of the kayak I purchased, you are forced to pay for protective wrapping. Evidently 1 layer of black shrink wrap is protective and worth $150. They should just be honest and say you are paying for shipping and cross your fingers. I will not purchase from eco fishing again.

Protective wrapping I guess we could call that

The protective wrap job is not very good especially for 100 bucks but hey the customer service and the trucking company you use is Second to none do everybody a favor and go around it a few more times with some heavier plastic.

Worth the extra cost

I have a buddy who ordered a Wilderness Systems Pungo off of Amazon and it arrived beat to shit. He told me that it was barely wrapped in anything and was so frustrated with the experience. Because of that I started shopping around and found eco fishing shop. They offer free shipping but you have to pay for a wrapping fee. Let me tell you, it is worth every penny. My kayak was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap and cardboard. I opened it up and couldn't find a single scratch on the thing.

Love my kayak. Went out last week for first time. Very stable fishing kayak. I'm 66 yrs old so it was a little heavy for me, so I got some wheels for easy movement. For the price I don't think you could find a better kayak. Eco Fishing is a solid company and have gained my trust. Thank you for a great buying experience. Bear
