In Stock & Ready to Ship: In Stock & Ready to Ship Kayaks can expect to ship on the Thursday following your order date. We typically have truckload pickups every Thursday (or every other Thursday during non-shipment weeks) so please reach out to a live rep to find your exact ship date. *During off season, kayak truckload days may vary*

Expedited Shipping: We also offer Expedited Shipping for next day shipping if you want to receive your kayak in 2-5 days

Exclusive Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders indicated that the item is currently not in stock, but an allotted amount has been secured from the Vendor with an estimated shipping time frame.

The ETA listed on the product page indicates the estimated time frame that the item will start its shipping process from our warehouse. Once the shipping process has begun, typically orders take 7-10 business days to arrive at the customer. (Delivery time may vary based on location)

Damage Free Guarantee

*Some kayaks will ship from our warehouse while others will ship directly from the Vendor. Please read below for all information.*

Kayaks from our warehouse-Here at Eco Fishing Shop we partner with the top of the line freight carriers in the country to ensure that your kayaks arrive fast and safely. 

We have secured a new partnership with a white glove delivery service that will ensure ZERO Damaged Kayaks. You will no longer be required to sign and inspect your kayak. But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  

The Eco Fishing Shop definition of damage is when the kayak is delivered in a condition that compromises the hull and is confirmed with the vendor that would void the warranty.

Kayaks from the Vendor- These kayaks will ship directly from the vendor within 2-4 business day. While we cannot guarantee this option to be damage-free, you will receive your kayak in 3-5 business days. They will wrap your kayak in extra cardboard, put extra "fragile" and "no forklift" stickers on it, and do everything in our power to make sure it arrives safely.

Big Fish is a big hit!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Big Fish 108. The design of the craft makes it very stable and I don't feel cramped. It may be a bit slower than other brands but I will take safety over speed any day. I take it out at least twice a week and with some add ons, I have made it suitable for my needs. I would definitely buy this again!

Big Fish 108 purchase

I just want to let everyone know how great Eco Fishing Shop and particular Mr. Luke is. I had problems with the shippers to the point I was even lied to on the phone by shipper and I informed Mr. Luke of issue. Mr. Luke got right to work on the issue and even had it offered to me to have the kayak delivered to me the very same day that the shipper lied to me about. To spare the lengthy details I just want people to know I received three calls from Mr. Luke making sure everything was on track and that I was a satisfied customer. I even got an email from I think she was the owner or president of the shipping company to make sure everything was fine. Mr. Luke was outstanding and I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service it is the best I have ever experienced. Way beyond what I could ever imagine. I cannot praise enough about this company and I look forward to a very long relationship with Eco Fishing Shop. Just to make sure I want everyone to know this is true and I have not been paid or compensated to write this review in any way or form. I hardly write reviews but this has to be shared. Oh one more thing the man and wife team that brought the kayak from the terminal in Phoenix arrived ahead of the given appointment time and even with a blown transmission cooler line. I meet them at the auto parts store and he helped me load the kayak in my truck. Thank you Mr. Luke for all your help and once I get the kayak rigged I will send you a foto. Right now I have been building a trailer for kayak to be the final resting place. I can not wait to launch my Big Fish 108 and go Scuba Diving and fishing.

Great yak for the buck!

Super sturdy, super stable, treks well for its size and the pedal drive is awesome. Had a minor issue with delivery with small damage to rails but eco responded instantly. They can’t control third party handler but they definitely stood behind their commitment. They sent new rails and refunded my shipping and packaging fee. Can’t ask for better customer service.

Customer service is great had some small damage to hatch and seat they replaced it no question ask. Have purchased 2 big fish 108 .Shipping is slow but not ecos fault...My wife and I both love our big fish 108.

Great Kayak very stable. Was able to stand & fish with confidence with in a couple of hours out on the lake.. plenty of room for yourself & your Tackle.. Best of all customer service is 5 Stars .
