Who should choose the 360 Angler instead of the 360 Pro?

Anglers who want to move under their own power. The 360 Angler is the pedal-driven boat: it comes with the Flex Drive Mark IV and a spring-loaded kick-up rudder steered from handles on both sides of the seat, so it is ready to fish without buying propulsion.

The 360 Pro is the motor-focused hull instead. It has no pedal drive; it has a bow motor mounting plate, a transom bracket, a DC battery box and a retractable skeg, and you supply the motor and battery. Pick the Angler if you want to pedal, the Pro if you have a trolling motor in mind.

What is included with the 2026 360 Angler?

The boat arrives with the Flex Drive Mark IV pedal drive, the Millennium Seat used across the 2026 Blue Sky lineup, and the spring-loaded kick-up rudder with steering handles on both sides of the seat.

Built into the hull are four storage hatches with two hatch inserts, a raised RAM Hand-Track gear track, crossbeam gear tracks, a rod and paddle management system, an easy-access tackle storage bag you can reach while seated, a prop access hatch, a padded deck, front and rear porches, four grab handles, footman's loop tie-down points and the integrated wheel system. The hull is also Power-Pole Micro Anchor ready.

How does the Flex Drive Mark IV work, including forward, reverse and shallow-water operation?

It is a belt-driven pedal drive turning a prop. The cranks turn both forward and backward, so you drive forward and back up from the same pedals without changing anything over, and you steer with the handles on either side of the seat.

The drive sets into three positions, and the mid-position is the one for shallow water — roughly 8 in of depth, varying with how the boat is loaded. A shear pin is built in to break on a severe impact and protect the rest of the drive, so carry a spare.

Keep the prop access hatch in mind for clearing weed without going overboard.

Can a trolling motor or small outboard be added, and what must be purchased separately?

Yes. The hull is set up to take a trolling motor or a small outboard, and there is a four-hole bolt pattern at the stern for mounting.

Everything to do with power is a separate purchase. The motor, its battery, wiring, any mount or bracket the motor needs, and a Power-Pole Micro if you want one all come separately from this boat.

Before you buy a motor, we need to match it to your intended mount. No current documentation establishes the motor limits for this hull, so we will not put numbers on them. Contact us before ordering and we will go through it with you.

What are its verified dimensions, weight definitions and capacity?

Both hulls in this line share the same platform: 13 ft 4 in long, 48 in wide, 20 in tall, rated to 500 lb, built from rotomolded polyethylene with an anodized marine-grade aluminum frame.

Two weight figures are published for the 360 Angler: 140 lb without the seat and drive and 170 lb with the seat and drive. For conservative transport planning, use the 170 lb configured figure unless the seat and drive have been removed and the actual lifted configuration is known.

For conservative payload planning, count all occupants and all additional equipment and gear carried aboard — including any added motor, battery, anchor equipment, crate, storage, tackle, cooler and safety gear — and leave a reasonable margin below the published 500 lb capacity. A platform loaded close to its rating sits deeper and handles differently than the same platform loaded lightly.

How do the twin hulls, 48-inch width and open deck affect standing and handling?

Stability here comes from the twin-hull layout and the 48 in beam, which is a wide footprint for a paddlecraft, combined with a flat open deck and a padded standing pad. That is what makes standing and casting practical on this platform.

Thirty square feet of deck gives you room to move around, work rods and turn to a fish without stepping over your own gear, and the padded deck takes the edge off a full day on your feet.

How stable it actually feels on the day depends on how it is loaded and where that weight sits, your own balance, and the wind, waves, current and boat traffic around you. Try standing in shallow, protected water before you rely on it, and sit down when conditions change.

How should this watercraft be moved, loaded and stored, and when do the integrated wheels help?

The integrated wheels reduce how much of the hull must be carried over firm, even ground, but they do not make every loading or launch a one-person task. Four grab handles provide lifting points when assistance is needed.

At 48 inches wide and with the published weights above, a truck bed, trailer or van will generally be more practical than rooftop loading. Any transport method must remain within the vehicle and rack ratings and use a loading method the customer can safely manage.

Store it out of direct sun and off rough ground, and rinse the hull, frame, hardware and any drive or motor with fresh water after every trip in salt water.

What warranty, registration and maintenance requirements apply?

The watercraft warranty runs three years for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable, and it is tiered: year one is repair or replacement at no charge with free shipping, year two a replacement at 70% off retail plus shipping, year three at 50% of MSRP plus shipping. Proof of purchase is required, and on fishing models the seat and drive are excluded.

The Flex Drive carries its own two-year manufacturer warranty. Keep your proof of purchase and follow the warranty and maintenance instructions supplied with the watercraft.

Rinse the drive after each use, especially after salt water, periodically pull the prop to check for grit, and expect the belt to need occasional tensioning. Follow the manual that comes with the boat.

Registration, titling, lighting and PFD requirements depend on the state or jurisdiction where you use it, and fitting a motor often changes the answer. Confirm them with the relevant state boating agency before the first launch.
