We have secured a new partnership with a white glove delivery service that will ensure ZERO Damaged Kayaks. You will no longer be required to sign and inspect your kayak. But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

After a lot of research I chose to purchase the Jackson Knarr and found Eco Fishing Shop online. My only concern was shipping this Kayak across the country and into Canada (Victoria, British Columbia) as I was worried about it getting damaged. Are there dealers in Canada, of course, but they couldn’t touch the pricing at Eco Fishing Shop. Eco shipped the kayak to Blaine Washington with their shipper, then I had it shipped into Canada where It arrived wrapped and damage free, I couldn’t be happier. Now I must say that I was a bit taken back with the weight of this Kayak, yes I was well aware of how much it weighed before I purchased it, but wow it’s heavy. Aside from that, the TriTrack made this, by far, the easiest Kayak that I have owned to outfit. I had it out for a quick trip around the lake and love how stable and quick it is in the water. The Flex Drive Mark IV is smooth and quiet, however, I would like to see shorter crank arms which would make it easier to pedal for someone like me with long legs. I’m 6’3” and I find that my knees come back too far because of the length of the arms.
I can’t wait to get it out on the West Coast for some Halibut and Salmon fishing.

Did a lot of research on fishing kayaks, especially pedal drives. Had a Bonafide ss127 that I liked a lot, and it came down to the pedal version of that yak, and the Jackson Knarr. What finally settled it for me was the bigger size of the Jackson. I fish some big water, and wanted a yak with unshakeable stability.

As for buying it from Eco Fishing, they have a solid reputation for great customer service, and take great care in making sure your yak gets to you undamaged. Yes, it takes a bit longer to ship it white glove, but you also have the peace of mind that your multi-thousand dollar yak won't be beat up when it gets to you.

They were outstanding, answered my questions promptly and thoroughly.

If I find myself in the market for another yak, it'll be from these guys without a doubt.

Hard to say considering I've never really tested any other premium kayaks but for me the knarr has been a game changer its perfect for me big open water lakes and ponds it is the correct tool for the job the one and only thing that has been a bother to me is the tri track caps that are made out of a hard plastic are hard to manage taking on and off without damaging the caps themselves so a silicone/rubber salutation will hopefully come forward in the future to fix my problem with the track system but in the end has nothing to do with the kayak itself so in my opinion 5 out of 5 two thumbs up whatever you wanna say the kayak is b**chin.
