We have secured a new partnership with a white glove delivery service that will ensure ZERO Damaged Kayaks. You will no longer be required to sign and inspect your kayak. But do not worry, this carrier has a 99.97% damage-free rate and they have assured us of this. In the rare occasion damage has been detected, Eco Fishing Shop will take care of the replacement as long as the damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery and pictures of the damage are submitted via email. If the damage is cosmetic and/or able to be repaired, such as dents or scratches, EFS will provide a repair kit. If you choose to replace a kayak with minor cosmetic damage instead, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  

The Eco Fishing Shop definition of damage is when the kayak is delivered in a condition that compromises the hull and is confirmed with the vendor that would void the warranty.

    Should I buy the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package or the kayak alone?

    Buy the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package if you are starting with no rigging and want the motor, crate, storage, anchor system and paddle selected for the Coosa FD track and deck layout in one order. Buy the kayak on its own if you already own a paddle, crate or electronics, or want to choose a different fish finder. The hull is the same either way.

    The kayak in the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package weighs 109 lbs bare, 115 lbs with the seat and 128.5 lbs with the seat and upper drive. The trolling motor, any batteries, electronics and accessories add to that. Remove the upper drive unit for transport and secure the lower unit retracted, following the Flex Drive Mark IV owner's manual, then confirm your rack, cart or trailer ratings.

    Battery and charger inclusion on the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package has to be confirmed for the exact configuration you select. Nothing currently on file states whether a motor battery, an electronics battery, chargers, wiring, steering components or installation hardware ship with it. Call or email Eco Fishing Shop with the motor and electronics you want and we will put the full contents in writing before you order.

    How does warranty work on the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package?

    Multiple warranties apply to the Jackson Coosa FD Tournament Package. The nontransferable three-year hull warranty covers the original buyer of a new kayak from an authorized dealer and requires proof of purchase: year one provides free repair or replacement with free shipping; year two, a replacement build at 70% off retail plus shipping; year three, 50% of MSRP plus shipping. Fishing-model replacement builds exclude seats and drives throughout. The Flex Drive Mark IV has a separate nontransferable two-year warranty for the original purchaser, and the boat must be registered on Jackson's website within two weeks of purchase. Garmin, Werner and other component manufacturers apply their own terms.
